With four in-person days, three online check-ins, and ongoing sparring in between, you’ll build habits that last. A little practice every day creates big results over time – and we are with you all the way.

BRAVE:LEADER

As a manager and team leader, you are the bridge between strategy and execution. You navigate shifting priorities, have to lead by example, and manage expectations from both employees and top management.

BRAVE:LEADER is a leadership program for those who want the tools, support and courage to lead with integrity, create better results and more well-being. The program is designed so that you work with own challenges and practice through on-the-job training. Throughout the program you will be supported by the trainers and grow alongside a dedicated group of peers.

You gain tools and practice how to:

  • Turn resistance into growth by meeting it with curiosity instead of avoidance or control.

  • Build strong, trust-based collaboration where honest and courageous communication replaces assumptions and misunderstandings.

  • Make decisions from clarity rather than fear or external pressure.

  • Lead with integrity and courage by integrating small, conscious actions that create long-term balance and results.

  • Prevent long-term stress by recognizing and identifying early signals in yourself and in your team and learn how to take balanced action.

  • Foster a culture of creativity and ownership by providing clear direction, encouraging experimentation, and creating psychological safety.

    Location for the in-person training days is TBD but it will be in the Greater Copenhagen area.

  • Module 1: Building the Baseline
    - Getting to know your peers and tools to understand yourself and your team by exploring resistance as a source of growth and a fast track to prevent long-term stress.

    Module 2: Brave Communication
    - Developing communication skills to foster trust, connection and strong collaboration.

    Module 3: Lead with Integrity
    - Elevating your leadership through clear decision-making, grounded presence and consciously balancing workload and restitution.

    Module 4: Anchoring Growth
    - Consolidating key learnings, and creating an action plan to continue your leadership growth that also bring lasting impact to your team and organisation.

Line Madsen

Line draws on her extensive background in strategy execution, project management and advisory work. She has educated change managers and project leaders, as well as facilitated high-impact workshops at team, executive, and board level across both public and private sectors.
